EVB came to Growww when they realised they needed a new website to reach their goals. They were previously using a basic Wordpress theme as the backbone of their website. This meant their information and customer journey was adapted to fit this theme, which is the wrong way to build a website. We looked at the information we had and the journey a customer needs to take before buying and built their website around this.
Two difficult pieces in the customer journey were to 1) get the right sizing and 2) pick the right product. We built an instant sizing calculator and a product quiz to make these two problems frictionless. The time now needed to go from cold customer to a purchase has been reduced by over 400%.
